Number: 0300 200 2279 Honestly, just ignore this one, total SCAM! I’d recommend blocking it straight away. Basically, it’s a robo call pretending to be from HMRC. They say there’s a fraud case against you and threaten arrest if you don’t press 1 or just hang up. - caller: 0300 200 2279

Just had a ring earlier today, didn't pick up. Turns out HMRC has said its a scam call, so better not to answer.

Well, my partner Sally got a call from this number 0300 200 2279 and she totally panicked, rang me straight away. I deal with accounts and told her it was rubbish, nothing to worry about at all.
