I just received a rather alarming message stating that if I don’t hit ‘1’ to discuss an unpaid tax bill with HMRC, a warrant for my arrest will be issued. It’s clearly a scam!

I received a garbled, automated call that was rather reminiscent of a Dalek attempting to gargle! All I could decipher was a threatening remark about being arrested. Clearly, it was an attempted scam, so I promptly hung up and ensured the number was blocked.
