I’ve noticed that the number 02476 685481 has been giving me a bell during the wee hours and then again at odd times in the early morning. This pattern goes on for several days straight. It never seems to ring for more than four or five times, which makes me think it could be some sort of automated system trying to gauge if someone picks up. Quite peculiar!

I picked up and there was total silence on the other end.

As soon as I picked up, they just dropped the call. Guess it was probably a scammer trying to ring me.

I've come across quite a few complaints regarding similar phone numbers, with the last four digits altered: 0247668xxxx. I consistently ignore these calls; they tend to ring a couple of times and then cut off. I'm certain that if I were to pick up, they'd just get my number and harass me endlessly afterwards. Better safe than sorry!
