I had the most infuriating experience with someone purporting to be ‘Alex’ from a tech firm. This foreign chap insisted that my device was riddled with a virus - absolute nonsense! He was relentless, calling repeatedly and disregarding my refusals. I strongly advise against engaging with him; he’s a complete nuisance!
