Just like others mentioned, that robotic woman’s voice on the voicemail is a bit suspicious. If they really wanted to take legal action, I doubt they’d just depend on a message like that. Who in their right mind would actually keep an eye on your place anyway? The police? I’m not so sure they’re even equipped for that kinda thing!

Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, but it was just a robotic voice. They warned me I was being watched and had to ring back straight away, or I’d get into trouble with the law. Total scam.

Again got this weird automated woman’s voice, saying something about a ‘lawsuit’ against me. She kept going on that ‘my home was being watched’ and I ‘had to call back, not just ignore it’. They said they were calling from Southampton or somewhere near there. Complete rubbish if you ask me.

Got a call from some automated female voice, sounding proper fake. She was going on about some 'lawsuit' against me and said my house was being 'watched'. Kept insisting I shouldn’t just hang up but had to call back. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

i got this automated voice saying i was in trouble with the law and being watched, and they told me not to ignore the call but to ring them back. sounded dodgy to me because, firstly, i’ve done nothing wrong. secondly, if someone really was watching me, why would they give me a heads-up? and lastly, i’m fairly sure that any official notices have to come through the post, not just a phone call like this. definitely a scam.

Got a call from someone saying they're from hmre or something, claiming there's a lawsuit against me and that my house is being watched. The voice was robotic and definitely not a live person. Told me to call back, but sounded dodgy to me.
