Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from HMRC, saying I owed £1900. He threatened that there was a warrant out for my arrest and that my house was going to be taken away, plus my car would be seized and sold to clear the debt. I told him to shove off back to India, then quickly ended the call and blocked the number without a second thought.

got a call on my phone from someone claiming hmrc has an issue with me. total rubbish, so I just blocked the number straight away.

This afternoon I recieved a call from someone claiming I had an outstanding HMRC bill of £1956. They said if I didnt pay up in the next day or two, I’d be arrested and they’d freeze my house, bank account, and even my car.
