I told her to check Companies House for details about directors and stuff. Seems like they’re just collecting info and double-checking what’s already on public record. What worries me is what happens with the info they gather and who they might be sharing it with?

I've gotten quite a few calls from them - when I try to be polite and give them an answer (usually when I’m a bit bored), they just keep asking the same question again and again. For goodness sake, pay attention for once, you daft lot!

The call kicked off with total silence - a dead giveaway that it’s one of those pointless calls while they're trying to connect me to someone free to chat. The person on the line (likely from India) claimed they were doing some kind of survey and needed to check how many phone extensions I had. I shot back with, "Why would I help you with that? Sounds like a sales call." They kept talking over me, so I just ended the call. The caller sounded robotic but was definitely a real human, not some automated system.

Got a call today (17/09/2018) at about 1:08pm from someone claiming to be with a Telecomms Research Group. Their accent sounded like it might've been Filipino. They asked how many phones we had at work. When I asked why they needed that info, they just said goodbye and hung up.
