Hey, I had a similar problem but thankfully never ended up purchasing anything. This person kept sending me emails about cheap flights, probably like over ten of them, hassling me to buy and asking for my bank info over the phone. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this site’s info or else I might’ve got scammed too. The guy claimed to be from EXPEDIAFLIGHTS .CO.UK and everything seemed proper at first. Seriously, be careful, this one's a proper con!

This number rang me up offering cheaper flights from Birmingham to Amritsar, quoting £712 for an adult and £462 for a child. He then explained the details over WhatsApp. Thinking it was legit, I ended up buying three tickets for £1800 on Friday, 23rd September 2023. After paying through TransferGo, my phone stopped receiving any confirmation or updates. I contacted my bank straight away and reported the whole situation. Just a heads up, be cautious if this number calls you. I've also reported it to the police and the case is currently being looked into. The caller said his name was Veer.
