So, I got a voicemail from this number and it was some bloke with an accent saying something like, ‘Traci, how the heck are you not picking up? Traci, ring me back quick.’ I don’t pick up for numbers I don’t recognise, and annoyingly, I couldn't phone them back to sort it out since it’s one of those numbers that only make outgoing calls.

Got a call out the blue about changing my gas and electricity supplier. I kindly told the bloke we’re sorted already and don’t want to switch. Not two minutes later, he rings back - said his name was Ricky again. When I mentioned we just had this chat, he seemed a bit confused and couldn’t quite get that we’d just spoken. Bit odd, really. Definitely from a gas and electric company.

Just got another call from them, making it three in the space of this morning alone. We run a business and are busy with clients, so these constant interruptions are really starting to get on my nerves.
