I received a voicemail from this number recently, and it was quite odd. A chap with a foreign accent was going on about, “Traci, how the devil are you not answering? Traci, do ring me back posthaste!” It's rather silly, really. I tend to ignore calls from unfamiliar numbers, and to make matters worse, I couldn't even return the call to voice my concerns since it appears to be an outgoing only line. How frustrating!

Received a cheeky cold call about gas and electricity. I kindly informed the chap that we were already tied into a contract and had no intention of renewing it. Oddly enough, he rang back in under two minutes (still using the name Ricky), and when I attempted to clarify that we had just chatted, it seemed he struggled to grasp what I was saying. Quite bizarrely, he appeared completely oblivious to our earlier conversation. Caller: Utility supplier.

Further to my previous message, they've rung us once more - that's three times this morning alone! We're a business that engages with clients, and these calls are becoming quite bothersome now.
