This number is definitely dodgy, so best to steer clear! I’m not quite certain who’s been leaving those other reviews, but I contacted my bank and they assured me it’s a scam. Keep your wits about you!

Got a text from someone claiming to be Nationwide, saying there was a one-time passcode and a number to call if I hadn’t tried paying £281 to Argos. Just a heads up to everyone, be careful!

Barclays Scam OTP Text Received a rather dodgy text from "ALERT" today. The message read: "Barclays: Your One-Time Passcode is 635533 for £142.50 to OAKFURNITURE. If you didn’t authorise this, please ring us on 020 8638 5561." I can assure you this is a scam; steer clear of that number! I recognise this as a phishing attempt since I've never held an account with Barclays in my life.
