Consumer Lifestyle calls, often coming from a call centre based in South Africa. I really don’t get how Ofcom lets these fake locations slide. Your best bet is to lodge a complaint with them. They only seem to act when loads of people raise a fuss. They usually pretend they’re conducting a survey. Honestly, it can be a bit of a laugh to mess around with them. If you want to make them drop the call, just ask what colour underwear they’re wearing! Most times they just hang up straight away!

I’d gotten a call before from a different "London number" where they were trying to check info that was like 10 years old, then asked for my up to date details - I just ended the call politely. Then this second time, it was supposedly from some consumer services and both callers spoke with strong Filipino accents. I didn't provide anything or confirm and just hung up again, blocked the number like I did the first time. (first number was the same but ended with 09)

They claimed to be from Consumer Lifestyles and said they already had my info. I asked which survey they’d got it from but they couldn’t say. Told them to take me off their list and blocked the number.

This number rang me twice, once today and once on Monday, but they didn’t leave any voice message. I had no idea who it was, but after reading all the comments here, I decided to block it.
