3 yearsI picked up once, and the bloke got really nasty when I refused to do what he asked. He said something like, "You can't get away from this." I told him to "buzz off" and hung up. After that, he rang me three times back to back and on the last call, he left a really threatening voicemail.3 yearsHe brought up something about Windows, so I just ended the call straight away. Then he kept calling me back like 3 times one after the other, and every time I just hung up again. By the fourth time I decided to stay on the phone, and he started asking who I was, then went on a nasty rant, calling me names and even threatening that something bad would happen to me in the next day. Seemed like his line got dropped suddenly while he was talking.3 yearsConstant bother, had to block.3 yearsI got a call from a guy with an accent that sounded Indian, claiming he was from Microsoft. He kept insisting that my Windows had some sort of illegal use and wanted me to get on my PC. I told him straight up that if he was so sure, he should ring the police. But he kept going on, saying I was guilty and wouldn’t be allowed to own a computer if they shut it down. If that was truly Microsoft, they were very unprofessional, constantly talking over me. I said I wasn’t touching my computer and to do what they had to, then he just hung up.IndiaMicrosoft4 yearsThey just won’t stop ringing me, trying to push that hard sell on me!Submit Your Own Report (020 8144 3801)
