We got a call from this number saying he was ringing from BT and that we could get a refund. He seemed to know a few simple details, but we didn't give him anything more. We wanted a number to ring him back to check he was legit, but we didn't bother. Instead, we contacted our bank and provider to flag it as a scam, which is why I'm leaving this review.

I got a call from someone saying they were from BT, and they already knew loads about me. They said it was about the internet, but I don’t even have internet with them. They started threatening to disconnect everything if I didn't do what they said. I'm quite vulnerable, so it really worried me.
