Just had a chap ring me up, claiming he was from the Housing Association regarding a recent claim I made about damage to my property. He mentioned that someone had flagged my living situation as being rather dire. How amusing!
Naturally, I asked him to verify my address, you know, the one he deemed in such poor shape. And, wouldn't you know it, he just hung up on me! Quite the entertaining conversation, I must say.

A bloke rang claiming he was part of a housing disrepair team, inquiring whether I owned my home or was renting. I quickly sussed him out as a scammer and called him out on it. That's when he started hurling foul insults at me, even making disgusting remarks about my baby who was in tears. What a vile piece of work he was!
