8 yearsI can’t quite figure out if they’re affiliated with Fonehouse or Carphone Warehouse. The big players in the industry don’t seem to acknowledge the offers they promote. It feels dodgy to me!FonehouseCarphone Warehouse8 yearsI had a rather curious experience with a phone call from this number. A woman on the line proclaimed she was representing Fonehouse and launched into a pitch about iPhone deals in a rather unsettling manner. She was offering an iPhone X for just £32 a month, complete with unlimited data, calls, and texts-along with any storage size you fancied. It felt excessively good to be true, and she insisted repeatedly that it was an excellent offer for me. Naturally, my suspicion grew, so I mentioned I would ring back on their official contact number. Upon doing so, Fonehouse informed me they had no knowledge of such a promotion. Fast forward to today, I was contacted again, this time by a gentleman from 0208 089 2997. He started similarly, insisting he was from Carphone Warehouse and was pushing an iPhone 8 for a mere £28 monthly fee with unlimited everything. Concerned, I reached out to Carphone Warehouse just to verify this supposed offer, only to find they were also completely in the dark about it.FonehouseCarphone Warehouse8 yearsEvery time I pick up the phone, the call disconnects immediately.9 yearsI picked up the call, but they just cut off without saying a word.9 yearsAvoid this caller at all costs!
