Apparently if I don’t switch it on within 48 hours, my old SIM would get cancelled. What really threw me off was that they already had my full name, address and email, like they’d done their homework or something. When I questioned them, the person just snapped back saying “Alright, your SIM will be switched off” and then hung up. Quite dodgy if you ask me.2 monthsCaller claimed to be from O2.
