She claimed to be from O2, but I ended the call right away because I’ve been targeted by fake O2 callers before. They asked for my email and said they'd sent me a message about it. The email mentioned something about resetting my password. When I asked why, they said it was necessary but wouldn’t disclose the new password to me. I ended the call and got in touch with EE directly.
