This afternoon, my mum got a call on her mobile from the 020 8081 5927 number. They didn’t leave any voicemail or anything. After seeing another post here about calls like this, pretending to be Tesco Mobile and saying your SIM card needs replacing, it sounds like the same scam she fell for last year. Seems like they’re trying their tricks again? I’ve already blocked the number now.

They’ll tell you some made up tale about your SIM card being outdated and no longer supporting 4G or 5G, so you need to give them your SIM info and email. It’s a scam, they want to send you a fake SIM that won’t work just to get hold of your details. Watch out for this sort of dodgy behaviour!
