I received a call that rang for a bit before abruptly cutting off, but I had tried ringing it back earlier using 141. The number didn’t show up, so I suspect it's been blocked. If I recall correctly, you can report such calls to your provider using 7726, since the digits could spell out spam.

These folks really don't give up! Ever since 13/06/23, I've been getting calls every day from numbers like 0208 079 1418 on the 13th, then 0208 079 1419 twice on the 14th, 0208 079 1420 on the 15th, and 0208 079 1421 on the 16th. Its obvious they're trying a pattern, like I wouldn’t notice. Luckily, my phone's set not to ring for unknown numbers, so they just go to voicemail and, unsurprisingly, no messages are left. I've blocked all these numbers now.

This number rang me on 15/06/2023 at about 15:41 and again at 15:42. At the same time, I received a couple of texts with a “One Time Code” which I never requested. They said they were from O2. I picked up the first call by accident, as I normally don’t answer calls from unknown numbers. Also, I got another call earlier today at 10:47 from 020 8079 1421, but I ignored that one.

They rang me, there was a suspiciously lengthy silence before the call even started. The person said they’re calling about some special deals on a new iPhone. When I asked which company they were from and how they got hold of my number, they dodged the question at first. After pressing a bit more, they said they were with “Phone House”. They keep ringing me because I was dodging their questions. They say they're from o2 and ee, pushing some special offers but then ask how much I'm paying on my current plan. If they were genuine, they’d already know that info. I got a bit cheeky with them and they then passed me on to their "manager", who just repeated the same spiel. Got a call from some guy with an accent saying I got 40% off my O2 bill. I asked him what network I was on and he just ended the call... No thanks. BLOCKED.
