Got a call on my mobile around 6.39pm today. I couldn’t get to the phone right away and later noticed it was marked as a possible scam. I searched the number here and found loads of useful feedback. Looks like I dodged a bullet by not picking up, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it. Funny enough, a couple of people mentioned it being a survey for housing association tenants. I’m with one too, but they’re dragging their feet on repairs at my place, so I’m not too keen on sharing my thoughts with them anyway. Glad I checked the comments before deciding to ignore and block.

Turns out it was a company doing some research for the Housing Association about the garden upkeep contract in my area. Just a heads up though, there's another number quite like it, ending with 775, which people say here is linked to scammers pretending to be from Amazon Prime. So, if the number ends in 775, watch out, but the one ending 755 seems legit.

I had a lady on the phone purporting to represent Conexus, inquiring if I was satisfied with the installation.

I had quite the experience with a rather abrasive woman on the phone, conducting an interview at a breakneck pace. I believe she was inquiring about some plumbing installation in my flat regarding water supply fittings. When I politely requested her to take it down a notch, she abruptly ended the call. Quite baffling, really!
