I keep receiving calls from numbers beginning with 0207946, but what’s peculiar is the last four digits are always different from the previous time I answered. They claim I’ve been in an accident that wasn’t my fault, but every time I pick up, they hang up on me. They just keep calling, so I’ve decided to ignore these numbers entirely. The moment they stop attempting to reach me, I promptly block the number. This likely explains the constant change in the last four digits, as they can't seem to ring me from the same line more than once.

These dodgy stalkers ring me all the time (blocking their numbers doesn't help since they just switch to new ones and carry on with the same scam). It’s clear the government couldn’t care less - they seem to want to bust through your basic privacy rights anyway (like with that awful Snooper’s Charter nonsense).

Someone called claiming to be Diane Mayfield from Mitchell something, mentioning some accident. When I asked for the company name again, it sounded like a recorded message. They said it wasn’t a sales call but wanted info about an accident I was involved in. Honestly, this person or bot wasn’t as convincing as the last one I got, who chattered away in the car for over 20 minutes. Turns out, burning your tongue on a hot Greggs sausage roll doesn’t count as an accident, and apparently, I’m an idiot for wasting their time - ha! Totally useless - block ’em!
