Got a call from someone saying he was with Currys or PC World. He said it was a survey, but never really checked if I wanted to join in, just jumped straight into questions. He asked if I had an iPhone or a Samsung, and it really felt like he was reading off a sheet. Ended up putting the phone down.

Got calls from this number a couple times lately, and I picked up this time. There was a bit of a pause, so I guessed it was an automated voice, then a woman speaking sounded quite real, asking about a car crash I never was in. They asked for a yes or no reply, I’m sure after that they’d connect you to a real person. Definitely feels like a scam to me. Blocked straight away.

Just like the others, I get these calls every week and it’s really frustrating. How do these scammers or companies get hold of our numbers anyway? I picked up but didn’t say anything, the woman’s voice sounded robotic with pauses like it was waiting for me to reply. When I tried asking who it was, the call just cut off.

Got a call from a young lady with a posh English accent, her voice was really high-pitched like she was quite young. It was clearly a pre-recorded message with pauses for me to respond. She said something like, "Hi, this is XXXX from XXXX" (didn't catch the names) then a pause. Followed by, "I understand you were involved in an accident not long ago." You can tell it’s a total scam. When I tried ringing back, the line just cut off straight away.
