She said it was a survey about how companies were managing after the pandemic and Brexit. I answered some of the basic questions, but she hung up as soon as I refused to share my bank details. From what others have mentioned, sounds like a fishing scam to me.

Got a call from 02077134815 today, and I'm sure it was just another scam. The woman claimed she wanted to discuss our company's finances. I told her to send an email directly to the business owner instead, but she just cut me off and hung up before I could say anything else. Honestly, that's really rude behaviour from these scam callers.

I got a call today 10th August 2022 at 6:40 pm from 02077134815 while I was in Aberdeen. The woman on the phone gave a company name at the start but I didn’t quite catch it. She asked to speak to whoever handles our company accounts, which is me. She then mentioned wanting to ask some questions about finances. I told her my company is inactive and I’m not interested in discussing financial stuff. She then just ended the call.

I was baffled by what they were trying to say, but they seemed to be aware of both my name and my business. After requesting them to articulate a bit more clearly on three occasions, they decided to end the call. Quite puzzling, really!

Somebody called claiming to be from 'Business Roundtable' saying they share info about small businesses with the police and government. I never give out my details to strangers, so I just hung up. Good thing too, because looks like they pretend to be from loads of different companies.

Can't tell if this was legit or not. Like a few others mentioned, it was a business 'survey' supposedly for the government. It started off pretty dull, but then they asked "which bank do you use?" Nah, I wasn’t comfortable giving that sort of info to some random person, so I stopped right there. General questions sure, but personal stuff? No thanks!
