When I asked them to say it again, they stumbled and barely said anything clear, just something about 'behalf of Scotland'. It’s funny seeing what everyone’s saying about this phone number because my call was quite the opposite. A polite chap rang me up and straight away wanted to talk to the person in charge at my company about some kind of government survey connected to the Covid situation.
