02071932676 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 02071932676 👆 is reported as a persistent scam involving calls from foreign-accented individuals, often claiming to be named Jeremy or John. They allege the caller has information about shares supposedly owned by the recipient, mentioning well-known companies such as HSBC, RBS, BT, Morrisons, and Bank of Scotland. The callers request further contact from a "senior analyst" and often end calls abruptly when challenged or questioned about share ownership or the Telephone Preference Service. Many recipients find the callers difficult to understand due to their accents and fast speech, with no legitimate follow-up provided. Calls usually occur early in the morning and are considered intrusive, with no credible organisation identified, marking them as suspicious and likely fraudulent.

I encountered a rather tricky gentleman from Asia who was quite difficult to make out. He was inquiring about shares, claiming that a senior analyst would give me a ring shortly. I responded by saying that if he had anything to discuss, he ought to do it in writing. Suddenly, the line went dead. It makes one wonder-has the word about these sorts of callers begun to circulate widely yet?

Today, I got an odd phone call from a chap who introduced himself as Jeremy, and he had quite an Indian accent. He was prattling on about my ITV shares, which is pretty amusing since I haven't held any of those for ages! Honestly, he seemed quite suspicious, so I decided to cut the conversation short by hanging up. No doubt about it, it reeked of a scam!

I received a rather unexpected call from someone speaking in a foreign language, claiming they had significant details regarding some shares that belonged to me. They mentioned that a senior analyst would be in touch to discuss the matter. The thing is, I don’t actually possess those shares anymore (I didn't let them know this). When I inquired whether they had verified my number against the Telephone Preference Service, the conversation was promptly concluded in a courteous manner. I attempted to trace the number using the 1471 service, but it yielded no results. I later tried calling back to uncover which organisation had made the original call.

I recently received a rather similar call regarding some shares that I apparently possess. The voice was distinctly Asian and quite hard to decipher. Now it appears to be from a blocked number.

I picked up the call and this bloke named "Jeremy" was on the line, asking for me directly. He then mentioned something about Morrisons, but I didn’t have a clue what he was on about. I told him I couldn’t assist with whatever he was after. Seems like one of those dodgy scams if you ask me...

I received a rather quick-fire call from a chap with an accent that seemed to originate from India. He introduced himself as 'Jeremy', but I cheekily replied that my name was Ghandi. To my surprise, he already knew my actual name and mentioned something about my shares in a particular company, claiming an analyst would be reaching out to me shortly. It all felt a bit dodgy, so I decided to cut the conversation short. Honestly, it didn't come across as very credible at all. Thankfully, he kept it straightforward and didn't try to pass himself off as 'Shirley'!

I’m afraid that number is quite the bother, ringing me yet again at the crack of dawn, specifically at 8:40 in the morning. What an absolute pest! They hung up without so much as a word.

I received a call from a chap who had an Asian accent, identifying himself as John. He mentioned that someone would ring me back later regarding my HSBC shares. It struck me as a blatant scam of some sort - I made it clear that I didn’t hold any shares at all.

I received a phone call from a chap with an Asian accent who introduced himself as John. He mentioned that I'd be receiving a follow-up call regarding my HSBC investments. It reeked of a scam, to be honest. I promptly informed him that I hold no shares at all. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Today, I received a rather odd phone call from a gentleman whose accent I couldn’t quite place. He mentioned my name but the rest of the conversation was quite muddled. There was a reference to the Bank of Scotland, if I recall correctly. He asked when would be a good time for another caller to reach me later on. Feeling a bit uneasy, I decided to hang up.
