You might stumble upon a Northern Irish chap named 'Jim Browning' who runs a YouTube channel titled 'Tech Support Scams.' This fellow has made quite the name for himself by hacking into these centres, wiping their files, and aiding both law enforcement and victims alike. There are numerous individuals in the same vein out there. Jim Browning seems to attract millions of viewers, and there have even been situations where folks within these Indian call centres have had a change of heart and sought to help shut down these operations once and for all.
