Sounds like someone spoofed their caller ID if you got a call from it. According to Ofcom, numbers starting with 02045 are held for future use, maybe for phone migrations. So who’d wanna mask their real number unless they’re up to something dodgy? Probably some sketchy business or a VoIP setup that switches every few days. Total scammers, honestly.
