Got a call bright and early at 08:59.

02039236797 called me but I couldn’t pick up. They left this scary voicemail, pretending to be 'Dennis Gray from HMRC' warning me not to ignore the message. They kept saying if I didn’t ring back or my lawyer didn’t contact them, I’d be in serious legal trouble. Proper threatening stuff!

Got the exact same message, honestly it felt pretty creepy!

Got a call on my mobile from someone saying he was Denis Gray from HMRC - sounded really aggressive and scary. I didn’t feel comfortable so I rang back on my landline but put 141 before the number so they wouldn’t see who was calling. It went to an answering machine with a woman’s voice, but I didn’t catch her first name, only that her surname was Peterson.

Got a robotic call supposedly from HMRC, they said I needed to phone back a bloke named Dennis Gray. The voice was a bit creepy and finished with a warning, "Please don’t ignore this message".

Had a similar thing happen to me, got an automated voicemail from someone saying it was HMRC and to ring them back. Obviously, it was just a scam trying to trick me.

Got a message from some robotic voice claiming to be Dennis Gray, threatening consequences if I don’t get back to them. So daft! It's definitely a scam, so if you ever get that call, just block it and forget about it.
