Sky Q is only on loan so if it gets damaged they fix it anyway, so why bother asking if I want insurance? Just feels like they're ripping us off. Mr Murdoch always looking for extra cash after the Sun's sales dropped.

Got a call saying it was about following up on my sky q setup, but then they started asking for my full name, address, postcode and even my password. They didnt give me any details about themselves but really pushed to get all my info. They kept saying the call was recorded to sound legit but the whole thing just felt off, especially the more i thought it over later.
