They said they were ringing regarding Sky Q and even knew the exact date we got the box installed. But the very first thing they asked for was my name and address “to verify” it.

Over the last fortnight, I've received approximately four calls from this particular number (from 5/12/17 to 19/12/17). Initially, I speculated it might be a charity, perhaps Water Aid, since I contributed to them last year. I distinctly recall answering a call previously from a London area code where the caller was requesting a further donation.

They claimed they needed my details and asked for my password. I said no. They said thanks and hung up. When I called them back, the voicemail said it was Legal and General.
