They said they were ringing regarding Sky Q and even knew the exact date we got the box installed. But the very first thing they asked for was my name and address “to verify” it.

Initially, I speculated it might be a charity, perhaps Water Aid, since I contributed to them last year. I've had a right bother with these incessant callers! Despite me clearly stating thrice in a single day that I didn’t wish to be contacted again, they keep ringing our home phone and my mobile. It’s utterly maddening! What a nuisance they are!
