The address they use, 132-134 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester, M4 6DE, seems to be just a mail forwarding spot since loads of companies share that same location. A bit of digging shows Abigail Fryer used to co-own SECRETS NAIL & BEAUTY LTD, located at 20 Market Street, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 5DP. It might be worth sending complaints directly to them because I guess all their mail ends up sorting through that Manchester address. Also, it’s a good way to let their business contacts, old and new, know what kind of dodgy dealings they’re into. Basically, they’re ripping folks off. From what I understand, some sneaky code or pop-up triggers a link to their website, which somehow checks your phone number’s contract and then charges you five quid for watching a video you never even saw.
