This outfit is nothing short of dodgy, much like Vodafone, to be honest. They took my cash not once, but twice! It took ages-about two months, if I recall correctly-before I finally managed to get my money back.

I've received a £24 charge from this number, and after perusing this site, it's clear that I’ve been taken for a ride, which I intend to dispute with Vodafone. I'm quite disheartened by Vodafone's service; I’m left pondering just how long it'll take to connect with an actual person who speaks proper English. Cheers, Mark.

I own a OnePlus One, and every time I give the screen a gentle tap, it conveniently unlocks. Now, apparently, I’ve entered a competition for a Tesco gift voucher after inadvertently hitting £8 while navigating. When I raised my concern about how I didn’t intentionally make that selection, the representative insisted that my correct response meant I’d agreed to their terms and conditions. I countered that my leg isn't capable of making conscious decisions to accept any agreements, but instead of engaging further, they simply terminated the call.

I'm utterly baffled by this situation. I have absolutely no clue who this number belongs to or what the purpose is. At no point have I ever placed a call to that particular digit. I've decided to pass this matter on to the authorities and the ombudsman for further investigation.

I was hit with a £24 charge from this outfit. I reached out to Vodafone, and they've agreed to reimburse me entirely, plus they've escalated the matter to their complaints team. I must say, Vodafone were incredibly accommodating and didn’t bat an eyelid regarding the charges.

Absolutely appalled by Vodafone! It’s quite honestly the most dreadful service I’ve encountered. Somehow managed to get charged £8, and when I queried it, the so-called representative threw the blame back at us for allegedly clicking on some dodgy link? To top it all off, attempting to reach a manager is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, and instead, you're met with staff who barely speak coherent English. Ridiculous!

I've just encountered a similar issue myself. Vodafone seems rather uninterested in assisting. They've deducted £24 from my account, yet whenever I attempt to call, the line abruptly cuts off. Who’s the best point of contact for reporting this, and what steps should I take?

I've just noticed £24 (that’s three lots of £8) has been deducted from my work mobile linked to Sfire 02035405932. I decided to ring them up, and when prompted, I provided the mobile number in question. However, after that, the line went completely silent, and I was met with an out-of-order or engaged tone! I've shot an email over to our account manager at Vodafone, but honestly, it’s infuriating that such things occur. Normally, we'd be oblivious to it, particularly since I manage multiple numbers under a work contract. Thankfully, I’m keeping an eye on it!

Last month, I encountered a hefty £70 bill for calls, much like my previous experience. My dealings with Vodafone have been as useful as a chocolate teapot-visited the store, called customer service, yet no real help whatsoever. They seem to dodge all accountability, which has compelled me to consider shifting my account elsewhere to escape these ludicrous charges. If anyone has any tips on reclaiming my funds, I’d really appreciate your insights!

I've been hit with an £8 charge, which is rather annoying. I reached out to Vodafone, and they’ve assured me that they’ll refund the amount. However, I had to endure a lengthy phone call of over an hour just to sort it out. Vodafone's response was a bit of a letdown - they told me I’d need to call the number myself to cancel my subscription. In the end, when they couldn't dig up any details about this premium rate number through Phonepayplus, they conceded that it might actually be a scam. Quite the ordeal, really!

I've found myself in a right pickle, having been conned out of £60 on my Vodafone bill by a company called Sfire, which I’ve never even heard of before. I’ve tried ringing the number three times, and each time they’ve promised to get back to me, but alas, no one ever bothers to call. Vodafone seems to be shrugging their shoulders, claiming it’s a third-party issue, and they won’t intervene on my behalf. A quick search online reveals that plenty of others have faced a similar fate, and it appears that this company is getting away with its dodgy dealings, leaving us with no hope of recovering our hard-earned cash. It’s beyond frustrating!

I’ve had a similar experience - my account was hit with five charges of £6 each, all on the same day and around the same time. I rang the 0203 number and was told they process payments for other companies. Absolute nonsense, if you ask me. They promised to look into it and get back to me within a couple of days, but I’m still waiting to hear from them. I urge anyone else who has been affected by this to report it to Ofcom, Action Fraud, and any other relevant authority that deals with scams. These rogue operators need to be held accountable. As for Vodafone, they’ve proven to be utterly useless in safeguarding their clients. It's scandalous, especially considering the profits they rake in. I genuinely believe Sfire is banking on this complacency. I won’t be renewing my contract with Vodafone as a result of this debacle.

Scoundrel! I was informed by my network provider that this was linked to a charitable cause, and so I made a donation. Now, it appears Vodafone is powerless to intervene or reverse the payment.
