02035405930 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 02035405930 👆 is reported as associated with unauthorised weekly charges of around £9, often linked to third-party services unrelated to Vodafone. Many users have encountered recurring bills ranging from £6 to £9 per transaction, frequently for unsolicited video or content services, with victims unaware of consenting to such charges. Vodafone customers commonly report poor support, being advised to contact the charging company directly, which is unhelpful as these companies are often unresponsive or involved in scam practices. Users warn of aggressive and deceptive tactics involving premium-rate messages and difficulty in unsubscribing. The issue appears widespread, particularly affecting mobile and broadband accounts. It is recommended to block third-party payments via your provider, report incidents to Ofcom and Action Fraud, and monitor bills closely to avoid ongoing losses.

I've just noticed an unexpected charge of £9 a month on my bill, which I only found out about after I looked into it. Quite frustrating, really! I’m seriously considering leaving Vodafone at this point. Could someone please advise me on how to go about getting a refund and cancelling this? Cheers!

I found myself in a rather distressing situation with these individuals, as they managed to siphon off a hefty £153 from my EE bill. They utilised a service called Impulse Pay to facilitate these charges, which, astonishingly, is linked with major mobile operators like EE, Vodafone, Three, O2, and Virgin. Essentially, these providers hand over our numbers, presumably to rake in extra income from their customers. After a fair bit of back and forth with EE, I eventually secured a complete refund. If you do a quick online search for Impulse Pay, you'll discover on their website that they indeed have affiliations with the very networks I mentioned. It's crucial that folks highlight this point when seeking a refund from their service provider. Emphasise that had they not shared your number with Impulse Pay or Ifunteach, you wouldn't have incurred these charges in the first place, making them responsible for providing reimbursement.

Listen up, everyone. I've got something important to share. I just discovered that I’ve been hit with a weekly charge of £9, which has inexplicably added an extra £45 to my monthly bill. Vodafone was helpful enough to provide me with the number 01567380029, and I also stumbled upon another one, 02035405930, which belongs to SFire. Be warned-this is definitely a scam!

I've had quite enough of Vodafone; it appears they've cooked the books somewhat. After being on a monthly plan, I've somehow ended up with a £159 bill instead of the expected £51 after just three months. Why on earth wasn't I billed monthly as one would assume? This feels like a right con! If this isn’t sorted, I might just have to see them in court - a bunch of swindlers if you ask me!

I’m absolutely fuming with Vodafone! Initially, they offered me three months free because I mistakenly signed up for another contract. But lo and behold, they go ahead and mess it up by pushing back the billing by three months, then springing a £9 per week charge on me for those three months! Why on earth wasn’t I billed straight after my complimentary period? It’s beyond me how they’ve managed to let this slip through the cracks while I kept paying! Come Monday, I’m taking this to the press and involving my MP. Vodafone, brace yourselves - I’ll be seeing you in court!

I’ve found myself in the same unfortunate situation as many others, getting fleeced £9 each week, and shockingly, I’ve been informed there’s no way to recover the funds they’ve snatched from me. It’s absolutely baffling how they can layer these charges onto my phone account without even seeking approval from me, the person footing the bill. It’s utterly ridiculous and quite infuriating!

I made an attempt to cancel this, but I’m utterly baffled as to how it all unfolded in the first place. The number doesn’t even ring through, which is incredibly frustrating! Thankfully, my service provider has been quite accommodating and has swiftly blocked any further charges from occurring. Quite the relief, I must say!

Our business has also been inundated with these texts on our work phones. After doing a bit of digging, it seems this issue falls under Ofcom’s jurisdiction-check out this link for more info: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/information-for-industry/policy/premium-rate-services. It’s wise to lodge a complaint with them, but don’t forget to respond to any messages from these firms with "STOP." By law, they must adhere to that request, and failure to do so could land them in hot water with hefty fines. Be sure to save a record of your reply for your files. If they continue to bombard you with texts after that, your mobile provider should be able to step in. You can also reach out to Ofcom through their outsourced service at www.phonepayplus.org.uk. Wishing you all the best in resolving this!

I’m encountering a similar dilemma myself. From time to time, I’ll log into my account and have noticed that I've been billed £9 on five separate occasions over the last couple of months. When I reached out to Vodafone for guidance, they suggested I ring a specific number to halt these charges, but I’m sceptical about doing so. I just don’t have faith in that number and am worried I might end up with even more fees if I proceed.

This is nothing short of a colossal swindle, and it’s high time the relevant authorities took action! At £9 a pop, multiplied by countless unsuspecting individuals, we’re staring down the barrel of a significant money-making scam. The official agency designated to tackle such fraudulent activities seems utterly ineffective, leaving many still vulnerable to these deceptive tactics. It’s incredibly frustrating to witness so many people continue to fall prey to this scheme while those meant to protect us twiddle their thumbs!

It's essential to ring up and cut off any third-party add-ons. Just blocking them doesn't truly assist in reclaiming the funds I've been unjustly parting with. It would be rather helpful to find out the company's address so I could pursue a refund for the cash that was wrongfully taken from me.

On Friday, 27th May at 11:11, I noticed a transaction for £9.00 from Sfire, which seemed to be out of scope. Then on the 3rd of June at 11:12, another £9.00 charge appeared from the same number, still marked as out of scope. Lastly, on the 10th of June at 11:12, yet another £9.00 was processed by Sfire, again classified as out of scope. That's a total of three transactions I've spotted.

I spoke to Vodafone about this dodgy outfit, and they claim they don’t have any contact information for them, even though they’re shelling out £9.00 weekly at half eleven on the dot every Wednesday night! It's baffling!

I've noticed £9 being deducted seven times from my DONGLE account, which shouldn't even be possible! I'm currently waiting for Vodafone to sort out the reimbursements, but to be honest, I’m not really expecting much.

I've been hit with a monthly fee of £9 and I've got no clue why or what it's for. It's quite frustrating, isn't it? If anyone has any tips on how I can put an end to this, I’d really appreciate the help!

I've found myself in a bit of a pickle with Vodafone as well. They've been utterly unhelpful, and I've already seen a drain of £36 from my account with no end in sight. I rang them up to inquire about some kind of 'subscription' option or whatever it's called, but honestly, I'm sceptical about whether it'll actually solve the issue. Has anyone had any luck with this? I’d love to hear if there's an alternative route to take!

I've noticed some charges appearing on my mobile bill from a company I don't remember reaching out to. I need these charges to cease immediately. Oddly enough, when I attempted to get them to ring me back, I received a call from the number 01567 380029.

I've been scratching my head over this mysterious £18 charge labelled "payforit" that keeps popping up on my monthly bill from Three.com. It's been driving me round the bend, as I've got no clue what the payment is for, and I really just want it to stop. I've tried reaching out to Three for assistance and they kindly provided me with a number to call, but, surprise surprise, I'm met with silence - no replies and no callbacks. If anyone out there has any insight on how I might be able to halt this charge, I’d be ever so grateful! You can get in touch with me at [email protected]. Cheers!

It’s not actually Vodafone or any of the other networks that are racking up those charges, I’m afraid. Your service provider isn’t really accountable for halting these issues or processing refunds for any online fees, whether they’re genuine or accidental.

Hello there! I've just received another shockingly high bill this month. My previous bill was already quite steep. I had a chat with a lady last month who assured me everything was sorted, but alas, the new bill has arrived and it’s asking for £133. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

I can't express how infuriated I am with this phone scam! I've fallen victim to it not once, but twice! The first dodgy £9 hit my Vodafone account on Saturday, 14th November 2015, and then lo and behold, another charge appeared on Sunday, 22nd November 2015. I did text "STOP" to the number +++5930, but unfortunately, it was too late to halt that second unwelcome £9 deduction. This unscrupulous entity, which calls itself Sfire, seems to be preying on unsuspecting individuals, gouging £9 from our accounts every week until you manage to send them a "STOP" message. What a disgrace!

I've found myself out of pocket to the tune of £30 thanks to this number-three charges of £8 each and one for £6. Tried reaching out to Vodafone, but they've washed their hands of the situation, claiming it’s an issue with a third-party company. It’s quite shocking that they don’t seem bothered that their customers are being fleeced, and the larger providers appear completely uninterested in putting a stop to this nonsense. I also had a chat with Socman, the representatives for Sfire, and they informed me I’d supposedly signed up for a competition to win an iPhone-mind you, the phone had mysteriously gone off in my pocket at the time! I'm utterly appalled by the actions of these deceitful individuals.

Absolutely furious! This is the second occasion I’ve been charged twice for the item Sfire02035405930, both times £9.00 within just a minute. The timing of these transactions is baffling, especially considering the phone wasn’t even switched on! The chap at Vodafone claimed it had nothing to do with them, yet the charges are clearly appearing on my Vodafone bill, so it strikes me as being closely related to your service! I’m demanding a complete refund, but it appears that’s simply not an option for me? Vodafone need to rectify this mess decisively.
