Just got a call from this number. I usually dont pick up if i dont know who it is, so let it ring till it stops. Feels like a robotic dialling system that just keeps calling loads of people but no actual person comes on the line when you answer, just silence. After reading the comments here (cheers for that btw), I’m gonna block the number now.

I received a rather peculiar phone call from a lady named “Annie” who had an Indian accent, representing yourself as being from Trade Finder. She claimed to be associated with Yell.com, but I must admit, I’m a bit sceptical about that connection! During our conversation, she inquired whether she was speaking to the owner of the business; I informed her that she wasn’t. Following that, she wanted to clarify if the number was for business purposes or not. When I confirmed it was indeed a business line, she expressed her gratitude and promptly hung up. Quite the unusual exchange, I’d say!

Not really sure what was going on - got a call from an Asian call centre asking about my company. When I asked what info they wanted and who they were passing it on to, they told me to prove I was the scammer. I pressed them again on who they were working for and then they just hung up. Tried calling the number back and got some recorded message about a “free address search” or something, but it was really poorly recorded with a strong foreign accent. Wish there was a proper way to report this, but there’s none that I could see.
