Someone rang me up saying they were outside my flat with a parcel for the building and asked me to buzz them in. It was a landline call though, so how could they be at the door? My intercom is broken as well. Also, where did they get my mobile number from? Blocked them straight away.

They have rung me a few times already. I've saved their number in my contacts as "Spam?" Earlier today, they tried my mobile but I didn't pick up. Then they rang my landline straight away (which I always check first) and left no voicemail. About 20 minutes later, they did the same again - mobile then landline. I received a call from someone claiming to be from Haringey Council, insisting they had cleared some pathway, though I haven’t a clue what they were on about. I’d never shared my landline with them, so I’m baffled as to how they got hold of my number. It felt quite suspicious, so I decided to feign ignorance and told them I don’t speak English.
