Really clear talker. Claimed to be Alex from the Santander Fraud team and seemed to know loads about me. When I mentioned I was going to call Santander myself, he warned that I'd end up waiting on hold and the payments might already have gone through by then. Then he called me back from a different number to ‘verify’ his identity. Turned out this was definitely a MASSIVE SCAM after I looked into it properly.
