Got a random call on my work phone out of the blue.

I’ve had to block this number a couple of times already, and if they ring again, I’m seriously thinking of blowing a whistle right into the phone! Got it all set up and close by. Seems like blocking just doesn’t do the trick.

I’ve been getting calls from them on my mobile nonstop this week. I blocked the number but somehow they still got through and rang me again! Not sure who they are since they never pick up when I try to call back.

Had been getting loads of calls from them over a few days so I just stopped picking up. Finally gave in and answered - they wanted to chat about some accident I supposedly had, which I didn’t. Told them I’d report them if they didn’t stop, and they hung up straight away. When I rang back, it said the number was invalid. Does anyone have any info on who these people are or how to get in touch?

So, this number just rang me up. I played along a bit and quickly figured out it was dodgy. The caller said, “We’re ringing about your recent car crash.”

I replied, “Which one? I’m rubbish at driving and seem to bump into stuff all the time.”

They said, “The one that wasn’t your fault.”

To which I said, “None of my crashes are ever my fault.”

There was a pause and then they just cut the call.

At about 4.45pm on the 17th of August 2017, someone rang me claiming they were from some company called Black Arrow, talking about an accident I’d supposedly been in. Then they switched it up saying they were actually from Royal something. When I asked how they had my accident info, they just hung up on me. Quite suspicious if you ask me.
