I received a call from this number after agreeing to a new contract with someone I believed to be from Mobile Phones Direct. They said they were calling on behalf of Vodafone to confirm all my details. Initially, I spoke with someone called Sam. When I called the number back a few days later (after not receiving the phone and believing I had been scammed), I spoke to Armand, who insisted that it was the Vodafone Processing Department—a department that Vodafone claims doesn't exist. There is definitely something dubious going on here.
