If you get any scam emails, send them through to this cyber crime unit at '[email protected]'. It’s verified by Action Fraud, and you’ll receive an official confirmation back. Also, have a look at the fourth post down from here about that TV series - a must-watch if you’ve got a bank account. It really shows how these scams work and how your money can get drained.

I didn't get a phone call, but got an email from some bloke called Greg Rivera mentioning this number and talking about our "Prime" base costing £353. I’ve already alerted Amazon about it.

I saw this old trick being shown on the BBC One show 'Scam Interceptors' - definitely worth catching on iPlayer. They get these ethical hackers to hack into the scammers' systems right when they’re running their con. The heroes try to put a stop to it, but it’s not straightforward at all. These scammers are really clever, using advanced gear and really knowing their game. Proper worrying stuff.

Just like loads of others have said about this number, I got a call from some guy called Darryl Dorsey. It was clear right away that it had nothing to do with Amazon Prime. Don’t bother replying to the email or ringing the phone number they give - it’s definitely a scam. I’ve already told the Fraud team and my bank about it, so you should do the same.
