It seems that there's a supposed cheque earmarked for me, amounting to £3847.00, owing to some mis-sold PPI nonsense. The kicker? They want me to fork over £350 first, and then allegedly a delivery person will bring the cheque right to my door.

I’m glad I possess a modicum of sense, but it’s alarming how many vulnerable folks might bite on this. Please, do steer clear of such dodgy schemes!

Had a call from this number earlier today. They claimed to have a cheque waiting for me regarding Natwest PPI. I wouldn't trust a word they say. Just hang up and, if possible, block the number altogether.

I’m currently dealing with throat cancer, which makes it really difficult for me to communicate effectively. A gentleman rang me recently, and when he struggled to hear what I was saying, he resorted to insulting me, calling me a proper idiot, and ended the call with a few choice words. I’d really appreciate any advice on how I could trace this company down, if someone could help me with that. Thank you!

It seems that those PPI firms are insisting on a fee of £350 to release my cheque.
