So, I got a call saying there’s a cheque on its way to me for £3847.00 because of some missold PPI compensation. They told me all I need to do is send them £350 first, and then a courier will bring the money. Absolute nonsense! Luckily, I’m not daft enough to believe it, but I worry about those who might be more trusting and end up getting scammed. Please be careful and don’t fall for this rubbish.

Got a call from this number earlier, saying I've got a cheque about Natwest PPI. Honestly, I wouldn't trust a word they say. Best thing to do is hang up straight away and if possible, block the number.

I’ve got throat cancer and it’s hard for me to speak clearly. A bloke rang me and when I couldn’t make myself heard, he went off on me, calling me all sorts of rude names before hanging up with a "f*** you." Does anyone know how I might find out who this company is?

they told me was from a ppi firm and asked for £350 to release a cheque, seemed dodgy to me.
