We received the same message from that company and they claimed the exact same thing. However, in our experience, they've been quite trustworthy and managed to resolve our issue. So, at least for us, they’re definitely not scammers.

Received two chilly phone calls originating from India. We were out at the time, and our associate answered the first one, identifying themselves as "Ryan John" and insisting that these individuals needed to have a word with us. He provided us with the number 02032393373. Later, we answered the second call, which was clearly yet another foreign call centre; this time, it was a woman on the line. We promptly hung up on her. Not at all shocked to stumble upon this website after searching for the number online. Despite being registered with the phone preference service, it seems that makes little difference to them!

I had a call from a certain Daniel Johnstone, but it was quite clear she was perched in a call centre somewhere in India, what with the background noise and all. She insisted that we download a particular programme because she claimed there were some error reports popping up from Microsoft. Even after we explained that we didn’t have a computer at home, she just kept regurgitating her script-again and again. It was painfully obvious this was a scam; her sole aim seemed to be getting us to download something. The moment we started to question her, she promptly handed over this number. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Global Computer Support was an authentic company, and I suspect all these remarks are from rival businesses. In my experience, they effectively resolved our problems with PC online. The team was quite reliable!

Received a call from a Robert Smith, claiming to be from Global Computer Support, stating that there were error reports linked to our system and that we apparently had a trojan virus. The person on the line had an accent that gave me pause, so I asked for a contact number and was given the one noted above. Frankly, it all felt a bit dodgy, so we decided not to engage further with them.

I received a call from someone claiming to be Mark Bentley, stating that my computer had contracted a trojan virus. However, let's be real - Microsoft would never personally contact someone about a virus issue on their machine!

My mum received a call from this number, claiming to be Mark Bently from the Hot Check Line. Thankfully, she hasn't got a clue about technology and ended up directing them to some random place, which is quite amusing!

I received a call from these folks, and it was just like the previous ones - completely suspicious. They identified themselves as Hawks Tech, but honestly, it felt rather dodgy. I decided to hang up on them.

I've had my fair share of dodgy calls and let me tell you, these chaps are nothing but crooks! Just a fortnight ago, we got a call from someone going by the name of Sam Smith. They claimed our computer had serious software and hardware problems, and before we knew it, they had access to our system and did absolutely zilch! After all the fuss, they had the cheek to demand a payment of a hundred quid. It's obvious they're ringing in from India with their classic foreign twang. Stay on guard, everyone! And if you get a call like this, don’t hesitate to contact the authorities!

It seems like Global Computer Support is based in India, and honestly, it feels like there's a bit of a scam going on with all these overseas operations. Just be cautious and protect yourself from any potential tricks.

The number in question is definitely not affiliated with Global Computer Support, and I’ve noticed a similar alert on my own platform. It’s clear this is the work of some unscrupulous hackers. If you happen to receive any more calls of this nature, I urge you to report them to Global Computer, as I am already in the midst of taking action against these con artists. I truly appreciate your updates and the email you sent my way; it has been invaluable in bringing this to my attention. Cheers!

Received a rather chilling call from a chap with a rather exotic accent claiming to be from Hawksbech, affiliated with Microsoft. He asserted that our computer had contracted a virus. We asked him for a callback number and were handed 0203 239 3373 (Hawks Techlive? A quick search online seemed in order). When I dialled the number, I was greeted by another foreign voice who reiterated that our device was infected but could be safeguarded for just £99. In the end, it was a swift exit for us-goodbye to him and all his nonsense! At least the call didn’t cost a penny!

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be Daniel Johnstone, but it was clear they were situated in some sort of call centre in India due to the background noise. They insisted we download a programme because, according to them, they were having issues with Microsoft. Even after we explained that we had no way to access a computer at home, they kept droning on with their script, round and round it went. It's painfully obvious this is a scam. Their sole interest seems to be in getting us to download the software. As soon as we raised our suspicions, they quickly provided us with a number. Quite the dubious situation!

We recently received a call from someone named Peter, and I must say, he was incredibly helpful! He kindly installed some software on our computer, and ever since, I've noticed an astonishing improvement in both speed and overall performance. Truly impressive!
