Phone number ☎️ 02032393351 👆 is reported as a persistent and aggressive scam originating mainly from India, where callers impersonate Microsoft employees to claim your computer is infected or hacked. They use fake names, threaten to block your device or licence, and pressure for remote access or payment. Many victims report abusive behaviour when challenged. Callers often provide illegitimate UK numbers and false addresses, and attempts to verify their identity reveal the ruse. Vulnerable and elderly individuals are frequent targets. It is strongly advised not to engage, never grant remote access, avoid disclosing personal or financial details, and block the number immediately. Genuine Microsoft support never initiates unsolicited calls; report suspicious activity to authorities and your telecommunications provider.

Got a call from an Indian lady saying she was calling from three, but the number didn’t begin with 0333 like it should. I noticed some earlier comments mentioning the same thing, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

Some bloke claimed to be a senior security guy from Microsoft, spouting the usual nonsense about my computer being hacked or something. He gave his name as Ronnie Williams, which I reckon is someone who used to work for you but left to start his own so-called ‘support’ firm. He was really pushy and got angry when I called him out as a scammer, said I was being rude! Is there any way to block calls from India? This muppet has rung me at least 20 times, mostly right when I’m trying to eat!

Someone said they were from Microsoft, told me hackers had hacked my PC and it was even causing problems for my neighbours. They gave me a really long 20 digit IP address to check on my computer and kept pushing me. I asked for their phone number and they only gave it after I agreed to check the IP they gave me. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

She was really pushy. Said she was from Microsoft tech support and that my computer had sent them error reports. Even gave me a “Customer Licence Number” that she said was mine. The cheek! I don’t even use Microsoft! I asked for a number to call back and got put through to a bloke calling himself the ‘supervisor’. Hard to make out what he was saying. He gave a number 020 323 93351 which I tried later but it just cut off. Claimed they were based in Thames Valley Park Reading. Got annoyed when I kept asking questions and started shouting at me. ###Totally a scam###

This morning we've received a trio of calls from someone claiming to be "Alvin." He insisted that we power on our computer, but we suspect it’s a scam, so we decided to leave him waiting. Eventually, he hung up, but I reckon he'll ring us again soon! I can’t fathom what they intend to gain from this nonsense.

This morning, we received three calls from someone claiming to be "Alvin." He insisted we switch on our computer, but believing it to be a con, we decided to leave him on the line. Eventually, he hung up, so I presume he'll try to reach us again later on! I do wonder what their ultimate aim is with these antics.

So, "Alvin" has just returned the call. After we discussed scams and security matters, he seemed to get rather flustered. My husband, in his no-nonsense approach, told him to "do one", urged him to stop spouting nonsense, and firmly requested he not ring this number again! I can't help but wonder if that will deter him or if we'll hear from him again in the future.

Absolute scammers pretending to be from Microsoft (they ain't). They gave me some address in Thames Valley Park Reading - total rubbish. They reckon I’m running Windows 10, which I’m not, I don’t own any Microsoft stuff at all, so where’s this ‘error report’ they keep banging on about? Claiming I’ve got a virus, but honestly, these lot ARE the actual virus. Just a bunch of con artists. Next time they ring, I’ll have my air horn ready to blast them off. What a bunch of muppets.

I've received yet another call from this number after looking it up just the other day. The caller was quite hostile and discourteous, which only reinforces my suspicion that it’s a scam. At one point, a so-called 'Roger', claiming to be a tech engineer from Microsoft, went as far as to label me a ‘worthless human’. I found it rather amusing, though it’s a grim reminder of how these lowlifes prey on unsuspecting individuals without a second thought.

My elderly father, who's 89, recently fell victim to a rather nasty scam. It's so disheartening to see him feeling ashamed about it. He mentioned that the caller turned rather menacing and rude when he attempted to hang up the phone. It's appalling how brazen these scammers can be!

Got a call claiming my computer had a virus. They told me to speak to two guys called Ronnie Williams and Austin Edward. I couldn’t help but laugh and joked about those names, especially with that thick Asian accent! They actually called my husband three times and were so pushy and downright rude. At one point they were shouting at the phone. Honestly, they were awful. They need to be stopped, it’s well past time these scumbags got arrested and sorted out. Absolutely vile behaviour.

This lady rang me saying she was from Microsoft and that there was an issue with my computer downloading stuff without me knowing. I asked for her contact number and she gave me 02032393351. I told her it sounded like a scam, similar to loads of calls I get pretending to be from “BT”. I asked her to drop me an email instead but she just kept telling me to ring that number. Some bloke called me Ronny William or something like that and said he was from mt652. He started deleting stuff off my laptop when I refused to give him my sort code and bank details. Before that, I’d already given him my full card number, expiry and the three digits to pay £10 for some supposed virus clean-up. He seemed real clever but still kept shouting at me even though I was upset and nearly in tears!

I got a call on 21/10/2017 from someone claiming to be "Microsoft". He said I needed to log into my computer so he could help me with a virus problem, warning me my PC would be locked if I didn’t cooperate. He gave all sorts of reasons why he couldn’t send me an email, and claimed he found my number from the details I gave when I bought my laptop and my internet deal. He also mentioned he’d ring back in 10-15 minutes because it was urgent. When he calls back, I’ll be telling him exactly what I think.

Got a call three times back to back from some bloke claiming to be from Microsoft. Super pushy and quite scary, telling me my PC was full of major issues. I had to ask who he was a few times because he barely let me get a word in, just kept trying to freak me out. At the end he said he was Alec Shah, worked for Microsoft support, gave a number 02032393351 and some ID ME0054. I just cut the call. WATCH OUT - IT'S DEFINITELY A SCAM!!

Someone called Stuart Anderson contacted me with a message much like the one shared on 30/08/2017, but he took it a step further by warning that my computer would be blacklisted if I didn’t provide the info he wanted. I told him I couldn’t share any details unless he gave me a number to call him back on. He pressured me again, saying I had just two minutes or my computer would be blocked. I told him I’d phone in ten minutes, at which point he finally gave me his number (the same as listed above). He was seriously good at sounding legit - PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

I recently encountered a rather dubious con claiming to be from Microsoft, insisting that my computer was infected with a virus. They were attempting to lure me into clicking a link to a site ending in .tk, supposedly to assist with 'technical support'. When I hesitated, they pushed for me to connect through a remote desktop option. It felt like they wanted to seize control of my machine and, from what I gathered, would then attempt to extort between £10 and £20 under the guise of removing these so-called viruses at the end of the call. Naturally, I declined to follow their instructions, and then they escalated the situation by transferring me to a supposed supervisor. This individual, introducing himself as "Sam Williams", claimed he was phoning from Africa and spoke of a 'new' scam in which callers would incur charges. I have my doubts about their legitimacy. My advice? Keep your guard up and never allow strangers to access your computer.

I got a phone call from a bloke who sounded Asian but had a very British name, saying he was ringing from Microsoft. He said there were loads of warnings about threats on my computer and he could sort it out for me. This sounded very familiar and I knew exactly what was going on. I asked if there was a number I could ring back on and, when he gave it, I googled it straight away. This website popped up first, so I told him I was aware it was a scam and started reading out some of the other people’s experiences. After saying he was legit for a bit, he quickly said he was hanging up.

I just had a rather unsettling phone call from someone claiming to be David Miller, who then handed me over to a chap named James Fernandes. Both insisted they were affiliated with Microsoft. They asserted that my laptop had been compromised and attempted to elucidate their reasoning behind this alarming news. I must say, it sparked quite a bit of discomfort, and my husband promptly advised me to terminate the conversation, suggesting it sounded suspiciously like a scam. They kept ringing back, but I eventually told them I had to dash off to the hospital, which finally silenced them.

Today at 4:20 PM, I got a rather peculiar call from a number, 01183289963. The caller introduced herself as Sophie Jones, though her accent raised a few eyebrows for me. She started on about how my computer was being infiltrated by hackers from China. I had to set the record straight and informed her I don’t even own a computer! However, she insisted otherwise and we exchanged pleasantries in a bit of an argument. Then, she requested that I return her call and provided a different number: 02032393351. I received a rather peculiar call from a chap named "Frank Williams," who sported a distinct Indian accent claiming to represent Microsoft Support. The call came through with a withheld number, so naturally, I inquired about the number he was using. He mentioned a London number, 020 3239 3351. When I probed for an address, he mentioned Cardinal Street, London SW1E 5JL - which, as it turns out, isn’t even a real place. I decided to humour him for a bit, but the call eventually dropped as he grew a tad suspicious. I dialled back, but they insisted they'd reach me again on another line. Before long, I received another call (once again from a withheld number) and continued my conversation with "Frank." He started the usual scare tactics, asking me to pull up the eventvwr program, which he claimed was filled with alarming "errors" threatening to crash the internet or some such nonsense, demanding immediate attention. Then, I found myself speaking with "David Miller," a so-called "Microsoft Senior Supervisor," who wanted me to run some executable via Internet Explorer. At that point, I firmly refused and called him out as a scammer. I told him to stop calling me daily; this enraged him, and he unleashed a torrent of vulgarities and threats. I implore anyone to steer clear of calls from this number-it's exceedingly dodgy business.

The thing is, I don't even use Microsoft software on my device, and it's quite rare for Apple computers to be afflicted by such viruses. If you pop that number into Google and search for "I keep getting calls from Microsoft Support," you'll find a plethora of folks who have encountered the same dubious call. Clearly, this is a scam. Best wishes, Nick

My mother fell victim to a scammer yesterday, a bloke calling himself Peter Frank and purporting to be from Microsoft. He had the audacity to say that over 7,000 individuals had compromised our laptop! He’s already rung her six times today, and he even had the nerve to threaten both me and my mum. Honestly, it’s infuriating! This kind of nonsense needs to come to an end, especially given the number of people he’s likely duped. It’s utterly disgraceful!

I received a call at 7:40 in the morning, where a chap claimed that my computer had been compromised and was allegedly being utilised for nefarious activities. He mentioned ID numbers, but I’m well aware that sharing such details is a no-go, as it could put my computer at risk. Frankly, I’m absolutely miffed, especially considering I’d only just settled down for a brief snooze after a long shift! The caller provided me with a phone number and an address located in Victoria Street, Cardinal Place, London, though inexplicably without a postcode. Apparently, I was meant to be transferred to a supervisor, but I didn't stick around for that nonsense and promptly hung up. To my annoyance, they rang me again almost immediately, reiterating the same spiel. There's no way I was turning on my computer after they had so rudely roused me from my slumber-I was decidedly fed up!

Just got a call like this too. The number was hidden on my phone, and the bloke with an Asian accent said this was Microsoft and wanted me to check the number. When I wouldn’t follow his instructions, he got annoyed and started arguing. He hung up after I told him I'd note down what he said and only do anything once I checked it was legit. He threatened to ‘lock’ my PC! Don’t fall for it! Just hang up. Microsoft never rings you randomly to fix your computer!

Someone called saying they were from Microsoft Tech Support, telling me my PC was hacked and they had to look into it. I told them it was a scam, but this bloke with an Asian accent told me to note down a number he said was my computer’s licence. He also asked me to switch on my PC to check it, but I said no. Then he warned he’d cancel my licence, but I just ended the call. Got a bunch of calls like this in the past couple of months.

Had a laugh with this bloke who called me early saying there was something wrong with my computer, typical scam stuff. I made myself a cuppa while pretending to wait for the computer to 'boot up', got the toaster going as I went to grab my specs to follow his instructions. Asked him a few questions about his family while I fumbled around trying to get to the right screen. Eventually he just hung up on me, and weirdly, I felt a bit gutted cause I was having a good bit of fun messing about with him.

They rang me up three times this morning, first one at 3:34am, can you believe it, last one was at 7:53am. An Asian bloke claiming to be from Microsoft said there was an issue with my computer. When I asked which computer he meant, he just said the one I was using right then. I told him my computer runs Linux and doesn’t have any Microsoft software on it, and he got proper rude real quick. Don’t answer them anymore, number’s blocked now.

My elderly spouse picked up and was tricked by an Asian bloke claiming to be from Microsoft saying our computer had a virus. He sounded really convincing and my partner nearly gave over bank details to sort it out. When I shouted no, the Asian guy got rude and showed nasty porn pictures on the screen before crashing the PC. Seriously, just don’t answer these calls!!!

I got two calls too, one yesterday and one today. They said they were from Microsoft and wanted to get remote access to my PC. I pretended to play along for a bit just for laughs before they finally gave up and hung up. I’m on the TPS list but it doesn't seem to help much. I’ve blocked the number now. I reckon as long as phone companies or whoever profit from these calls, the authorities won’t really do much about it.

Just got a call again from this number. A few weeks back, some bloke with a weird Asian accent rang me saying my computer was hacked and he could sort it if I let him control it - claimed he was from Microsoft. When I asked to speak to a manager, he just dropped the call. Today the same clown called, this time saying my phone was hacked. He didn’t even seem to catch my laugh and when I asked how he was going to help, he told me to start by giving him my card details. So I said yes and made up a card number on the spot, then he immediately hung up! What a muppet!

I received a rather peculiar call from this number earlier today; they claimed to be from Microsoft, asserting that my computer had been compromised! I decided to humour them and just nodded along, responding with 'Yes' to everything they proposed. When they probed me to power up my computer, I simply replied with 'Oh yes'. They then inquired about my age, and once again, I answered with a cheery 'Yes'. This seemed to irk the caller rather significantly, as they explosively remarked, “You must be a right nutter!” and repeated their question about my age. I just kept saying 'Yes' and lo and behold, they hung up in a huff! I truly believe they focus their efforts on those who might be more susceptible. Normally, I’d just cut the line or threaten them with a fine for such unsolicited calls, but I thought it might be amusing to see how they would react to my little game. As you can see, they were obviously quite put out!

I keep receiving calls, typically three or four times a week, from folks claiming to be from "Microsoft Corporation" based in the UK, who insist they're there to resolve some Windows error notifications they've supposedly picked up from my device. The thing is, my computer's actually turned off, and the laptop I use for work is secured by my employer. I've taken to engaging them in conversation for as long as I can before letting them know I'm onto their little scam. The last caller was particularly adamant, claiming that "Microsoft" would lock my computer, just before he abruptly ended the call!

I had an unwelcome call from a man claiming to be Mr. David Smith (as if!) who insisted that there was an issue with my computer. He urged me to turn it on, promising he could assist me in resolving the problem. Allegedly from Microsoft (right...), he said only he had the ability to fix this for me. Honestly, it’s a blatant scam that gives them the chance to take control of your computer, potentially gaining access to your banking information and personal details. Please steer clear of this sort of nonsense! It’s already been highlighted on shows like Watchdog and various morning programmes. Stay vigilant out there!

I've come across similar accounts from others, and it’s evident that this is a total scam. This chap, David, had the audacity to provide me with a supposed licence number for my computer, claiming only "authentic" Microsoft would know such a thing. He insisted that I hand over my laptop so he could point out all the so-called corrupt files and guide me through the repair process. I told him I would reach out to the contact number he provided to verify its authenticity before permitting him to assist me. It’s quite disheartening to think that some individuals might actually fall for this ruse. From what I've gathered through various programmes like Watchdog, they don’t seem to have many effective measures in place, apart from spreading awareness. Honestly, Mr David Smith ought to find himself a legitimate job rather than swindling vulnerable individuals out of their hard-earned cash.

I can relate entirely to the experience mentioned by Jist earlier. I reached out to Microsoft directly, and they verified that it was indeed a scam. When the 001222 number returned my call, I informed them of my conversation with Microsoft and stated that I was aware of their deceitful intentions. They initially tried to refute it, but then they burst into laughter and admitted the truth. To my surprise, the caller said he’d ring me up to 12 times a day, starting from 7 in the morning. And guess what? The calls have yet to cease!

Today, I received a call dated 17/02/2016 from this number, but it displayed as International on my mobile. Naturally, I requested their number. It's clearly a computer scam. Like many of these nuisance calls, they claimed there was someone attempting to access my computer, urging me to power it up so they could assist me. I firmly told them it was a scam and that they could take a hike. When I pressed them for specifics about the computer they mentioned, they merely stated it pertained to my internet connection. It's a blatant con since I don’t even possess a Windows computer!
