I told them I'd ring that back, but then they switched the number to the official Action Fraud line, 0300 123 2040, which is actually where you report online scams. The caller then told me to open the Run Command and type in "netstat", which is when I ended the call. They kept threatening to blacklist my internet and name and all that.
