Got a call from 2032393351 on my UK landline the other day. The bloke on the line had an eastern accent and claimed he was ringing from Windows about my PC. I asked him for his number, which he gave me straight away, and said I’d ring back later. Trouble is, I’ve completely forgotten to get back to him.

This bloke rang me up, claiming to be from Microsoft. When I told him I didn’t own a computer, he straight-up called me a bloody liar! What a nerve!

I received a call earlier from a chap with a thick Asian accent, claiming to represent Microsoft and insisting that there was an issue with my computer. I immediately recognised it as a scam and called him out on it, which made him quite rude. I pointed out that it was evident he was a fraud, especially when he mentioned he’d ring me any time, day or night, with no regard for decency. The exchange quickly turned rather unpleasant, and frankly, I believe he ought to be put in his place, wherever he may be. I'm definitely going to try and block that number, but I do wonder-can they track him down using the number he rang from?

I just had a right palaver with some bloke claiming to be from Microsoft, saying my computer was in a bit of a pickle. When I wouldn’t confirm whether I actually owned my PC, he threatened to render it useless for good! I cheekily asked if he was familiar with a certain four-letter expletive that comes before "off," and that seemed to do the trick. He hung up sharpish, and I promptly added his number to my call block list.

I've received numerous calls from this particular number, and it even reached out to me on Sunday morning! The most recent call was today at 8:30 AM. I always choose not to pick up, as I'm already familiar with the caller's number.

I've been inundated with calls from this number lately. When I confronted 'William' about it and questioned how he came by my details, he turned quite hostile. He warned me that I’d regret it and threatened to ring back at midnight. It was only when my husband picked up the phone that the line went silent. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to put an end to these annoying calls?

It's quite amusing, really! I had someone ring me up, claiming to have concerns about my Windows machine. The kicker? We don't own a computer or laptop in this household! I was rather taken aback when I pointed this out, and they had the audacity to inquire if I might own a Mac instead. At that point, I decided it was best to end the call. It’s become a regular occurrence, getting around two of these calls each week!

I found myself in a rather uncomfortable situation when an Asian gentleman rang me up regarding my supposed Microsoft computer. I politely informed him that I don’t own one, and after reiterating this a couple of times, he inquired about what type of computer I do possess. I stated quite clearly that I prefer not to discuss such matters over the phone and bid him farewell. To my surprise, he threatened to bombard me with calls, to which I cheekily replied, "In that case, I’ll have a Chicken Madras with Pilau rice and Cucumber Raitha, and please add a Tarka Dall!" I could sense his irritation and before he had a chance to respond, I ended the call. I believe that those who take advantage of others often get what they rightfully deserve. Next time, I might even throw in a request for Poppadoms just for good measure!

I've received a couple of calls from this number, once on the 17th and then again on the 19th of September 2016. Strangely, they haven’t left any voicemails. Quite mysterious, as I'm not familiar with this digit at all.

I received a call from a chap named Peter, claiming to represent Microsoft.com, saying my computer had some issues. I mentioned that just last week, I had received similar calls from John, Steven, and Susan, all relaying the same dreary message. He inquired if I had parted with any cash during those conversations, to which I replied in the negative. He promptly confirmed I’d made a wise choice. I posed the question, considering there’s a small army of half a million residents in my town, most likely using Microsoft products, how many errors could actually be flagged? I wondered aloud how long it would take him to reach every person with purported issues, and when you factor in the entire nation, their phone bills must be astronomical by now. It was at this point that Peter decided to terminate the call. When I attempted to dial the number back, it turned out to be unrecognised.

They dialled the wrong number, it had 0002 at the beginning instead of 002. I've now shared the correct number instead.

Just got a call claiming to be from Windows support. Like usual, I took charge of the convo (it's a habit of mine) and asked him to hang on while I grabbed a pen to jot down his name. He tells me it's 'F*** You'. Curious, I asked him to spell it out and he goes, "Foxtrot, Uniform, Charlie, Kilo." Then I asked for his last name and he says, "Yankee, Oscar, Uniform." When I wanted to know the company name, he answered, "You Are A B***h." I just said, "Well, that’s your take," and he hung up before I could find out if his firm was plc or limited. That’s a new one on me!
