This is undoubtedly a fraudulent activity. I made a call and someone who had difficulty speaking English answered, claiming to be from the Revenue and Customs department. When I called repeatedly and asked various questions, each time they hung up. To test their legitimacy, I pretended to call the headquarters of Harv and they confirmed that the number did not belong to them before hanging up. I then mentioned being part of the telephone preference service and they hung up. When I inquired if they were engaged in any illegal activities, they disconnected the call. I also asked which department they were calling from and where their office was located, but they promptly hung up. It seemed like a different person answering each time, so it is evident that this is indeed a scam. Let us all stay calm and ignore these calls.
