I found out this number is linked to Digital Mail Ltd, based at Tabernacle Court, 16-28 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4D. They might not be the ones phoning us directly but they sure are cashing in on it while their clients keep bothering us. Maybe it’s worth calling them back (nicely) and letting them know how annoying this is: 020 7060 2000

This number rang me but since I didnt recognise it, I didnt pick up. Had a look on this site and now its blocked. Cheers!

The calls keep coming from [#]BigLotto[###]. I’d recommend doing what I did and REPORTING them to the ICO through their official site. I’ve already contacted the ICO and they’re investigating the matter. These companies can be fined up to £350,000. PLEASE spend a few minutes to report them on the ICO website like I did. The more of us that do, the harder it hits their pockets and they might even lose their business licence. LET’S put pressure on them just like they keep bothering us! Stand together and fight back against the scam! >>>thanks for reading this, everyone.<<<

They said they were from a car company, but I told them straight away I haven’t been in any accidents. They quickly said that wasn’t the reason for the call though. Then they claimed they worked for the DVLA and said there’s been some new law about driving licences. Apparently, I should have got a letter through the post about it, and if I don’t get it within two weeks, I’m meant to ring the DVLA. I haven’t heard of any changes, so this seems dodgy to me, maybe a scam.

This so-called Syndicate splits 150 people into 75 tickets per draw, basically half a ticket each. They only start your membership once you pay up, and you don’t get put into a Syndicate until the 14-day cooling off period ends. After that, you join your first Syndicate but can’t cancel until three months later plus those 14 days after paying. Honestly, this lottery scheme is a total con, nowhere near the legit Syndicate they promise!!

It all sounded a bit dodgy, like a sure thing to win the lottery, and the moment I asked if she was gonna ask for my bank info, she said there was some ‘protocol’ she had to stick to or else I couldn't qualify.

Got four missed calls from this number and finally picked up on the fifth. The person claimed I’d been picked for free EuroMillions tickets - 75 for Tuesday and 75 for Friday. When I asked where they got my number, they said it was from a contest I supposedly entered. They even knew my full name, home address, and date of birth. Then they said I’d have to pay £9.20 a month to receive the tickets and asked for my bank details. I refused to give them and they called me daft for missing out on millions. Told them to shove off and haven’t heard a peep since!

This number kept ringing my phone about every 30 mins over two days. After reading the reviews here, I’m relieved I never picked up. Then it started ringing my landline, and some guy with an Indian accent left a message mentioning my full name, email and address. The woman who called was really rude, telling me they knew I was home and I had to answer. Someone seriously needs to report this to the police.

I received an astounding seven calls from this number today! Each time I hung up, yet they persisted, ringing back. Eventually, I picked up, only to be told I'd won a Euromillions ticket worth ten pounds. Then, the conversation took a curious turn when she requested my personal details. The number is 02030007596. Quite the persistent lot, aren't they?

Big Lotto keeps ringing me about stuff I never asked for. Might be a good idea to tell the ICO about it as it feels like harassment. Their phone number is 0303 123 1113, so maybe if loads of people report it, it could put an end to it. Also, if you keep getting calls from 020 3000 7658, you should report them too!

I recently received a rather dubious phone call from a company called Big Lotto. They insisted that I had entered a draw for a chance to win ten lottery tickets, but I could see it was a blatant scam right from the outset. For one, it was an unsolicited call, a prime example of cold calling gone awry. They claimed that I was in the running for ten complimentary EuroMillions tickets, but it seems highly likely that they sourced my number from a random auto-dialling system, hence the unwelcome call. To me, it felt as if Big Lotto was attempting to ensnare me into their so-called lottery syndicate by making me believe I was on the verge of winning tickets without my explicit approval. The truth is, signing up for such a scheme is a colossal waste of both time and money compared to playing the lottery independently. I've come to realise that those enticing 'free' tickets come with the hefty caveat of needing to purchase an overpriced subscription to their syndicate-far from being free, they are rather misleadingly advertised by the company and their telemarketing team. Moreover, were I to have actually 'won' those ten EuroMillions tickets, it raises an obvious question: how is it possible for me to have won something when I’ve never entered any competition? And even if I somehow did clinch the grand prize, how on earth could I claim it without the ticket in hand? It all amounts to a rather clever ruse. Just so you’re aware, the main contact number for Big Lotto is 020 3000 7642, which is managed by Digital Mail, a rather shoddy telecom provider based in London. They also utilise the numbers 020 3000 7659 and 020 7060 5530 for their cold calls. While it's uncertain if Digital Mail is directly responsible for the calls regarding these 'free lottery tickets', they still profit from the dealings with Big Lotto, creating unnecessary stress in our lives. I would encourage you to consider returning the favour in a friendly manner: t: 020 7060 2000 - caller: Digital Mail Ltd and Big Lotto UK.

I had yet another phone call today, and having perused the remarks on this site beforehand, I was well prepared for what was coming. The chap on the other end claimed his name was Brandon. He informed me that I had won ten free entries into the EuroMillions, mentioning that I had allegedly entered the competition back in March. Despite my clear indication of disinterest and my repeated assertions that I had not taken part in any competition, he was exceedingly insistent, questioning why I would pass up such a splendid opportunity. I told him outright that I recognised it as a scam and that I couldn't care less about any supposed prize. His attitude shifted rather quickly as he became quite irritable when I voiced my disbelief in the legitimacy of his claims. He attempted to convince me that he must have my details for a reason, which he seemed rather eager to share. Unsurprisingly, he was able to recite the first line of my address, along with my postcode and email address. Then, he inquired whether there was anyone I could think of to whom I might pass the tickets, to which I firmly responded that I knew of no one and wouldn't wish to involve anyone else in this nonsense, especially given how much hassle I had already experienced from his number. I told him frankly that I was fed up with this sort of thing, especially when he was purporting to be calling from London but was actually located in South Africa. After a rather weak attempt at persuasion, I simply informed him that I wasn't interested and hung up the call. Just a heads up, everyone-be cautious and alert your loved ones; these callers can be very aggressive. - Caller: Big Lotto

I’m rather glad I stumbled upon this thread, as I've received several calls from this particular number. A woman rang earlier today, asking for someone named Jo, but as I didn’t recognise the number, I claimed she wasn’t available. She mentioned she’d ring back around 5 in the afternoon. The connection was rather dodgy, and I suspect she wasn’t a native British speaker. I’m rather eager for her to call again so I can give her a piece of my mind about where to shove her so-called tickets. You won’t believe the peculiar call I received! Apparently, I’ve been handpicked to be gifted with ten tickets for this week’s Euromillions! The chap stated he was representing the National Lottery and, bizarrely, knew my name and home address. He then insisted he required my email address. When I mentioned I didn’t possess one, he urged me to set one up so he could send over my tickets. Utter nonsense! He went on about some syndicate and the potential winnings I could rake in-no less than £37 a month, no less! I informed him that I have a National Lottery online account, and should I’ve struck lucky, the winnings would simply appear there, as they already have my email. He seemed taken aback by my response and offered to pass my ‘tickets’ along to someone else, but I quickly bid him farewell and concluded the call. Observant, too, he had a rather peculiar accent!

Yeah, I agree with all the comments here. They kept mentioning 'online gaming' quite a bit - saying something about 10 free tickets for a draw and that prizes would be emailed. Total scam. Got a call from a busy call centre and this woman with an Indian accent said I’d signed up for some competition ages ago and could win any day now (Ipad and £10,000). Then she tried to push me into joining a Euromillions syndicate as a finalist, and she just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Told her I wasn’t interested about 5 times before she finally hung up. She was suggesting I could win £100,000 next month if I joined. Proper worrying for people who might be more vulnerable. Have blocked the number already.

I received a rather dubious phone call from Big Lotto, claiming I’d signed up for a contest to snag 10 lottery tickets. It was clear to me right off the bat that this was nothing more than a scam. Honestly, I didn't even think they should be reaching out to me in the first place; it feels like some extreme form of cold calling. The gist of their spiel was that I supposedly qualified for 10 free EuroMillions tickets, but I reckon they must have snagged my number from some random automated dialler, which is likely how I ended up with this unsolicited call in the first place. It seems to me that Big Lotto was attempting to pull a fast one-luring me in with the illusion of winning tickets just to nudge me into joining their lottery syndicate without my permission. The subscription plan they offer is utterly useless and seems more like a ploy to drain both your time and finances rather than an actual chance to play. I’ve come to discover that those so-called free tickets are conditional upon purchasing an overpriced subscription to their lottery syndicate. So, really, they’re anything but free-just a clever ruse, if you ask me, perpetrated by their website and the folks making those calls. And if you think about it, how can I claim "winning" EuroMillions tickets when I never even entered a competition? It all just doesn’t add up. This is a rather well-crafted scam, to be honest. The main telephone number for Big Lotto is 020 3000 7642, linked to some dodgy telecom outfit called Digital Mail based in London. The numbers they use for these cold calls are 020 3000 7658 and 020 3000 7659.
