Got a call from this number saying there was some dodgy activity on my PC and they’d been trying to reach me about my Windows 10 being hacked. As soon as I heard that, something felt off since I work in IT myself. I asked for the IP address that was causing trouble, and the one they gave didn’t match my network at all. Then, just like that, they ended the call. Pretty clear they were trying to scam me!

Got a call from this number with an Asian lady saying she was from Microsoft Windows Support. She said my PC was hacked from Russia and walked me through some steps to "prove" it. Then she tried selling me a network security plan, either 7 years for £199.99 or a lifetime deal for £349.99. Honestly, this number is sketchy and I'd steer clear of it.

Got a call from someone who said they were from Microsoft, saying my computer would get shut down if I didn’t sort out hackers. They kept going on about stuff just to sound legit. I’m pretty sure they weren’t really from Microsoft, so I reported the number to them. When I tried ringing back, it just said the number didn’t exist. Definitely felt like a scam.
