I've been receiving a multitude of missed calls from this number. Whenever I do answer, it’s eerily silent on the other side... definitely suspicious! Seems like they're just biding their time, hoping you'll ring them back. Best not to get caught up in that trickery!

This is definitely one of those TPS scam calls. I've tried blocking the number through BT call protect, but they just ring me back using a number that's almost identical, just the last couple of digits different. Feels like a never ending game of blocking them until they run out of combos. Really annoying that BT doesn’t have an option to block a range or partial numbers. Bit frustrating, to be honest.

Had the same thing happen, asked to talk to his supervisor and he just said he was in charge! Ended up blocking the number through BT as a nuisance call, thankfully that service is free. Got to mention, I’m registered with TPS but that only works for calls inside the UK!

If you get calls from 01922-233xxx, they're linked to a firm named "Net-Work Internet Ltd" according to Offcom. This company basically lets scammers and sales people route their calls through the internet to make it look like they're ringing from the UK, even if they’re abroad. They've grabbed numbers from loads of UK towns so they can fake a local caller ID. Best thing to do is report these dodgy calls to Offcom or the ICO to help stop them.

For the last three days, this lot have been ringing me non-stop, sometimes nearly ten times daily, using different numbers every time. I've blocked them all but they keep coming through. Honestly, can't wait for them to disappear so they can get what’s coming to them. Absolute s#cams.

Got a call the other day from someone claiming to be BT, but it was for my mum. She got pretty upset and told them to speak to me instead - cheers mum! :) If they ring back, I’ll just block the number on both our phones. The info about the call is pretty much the same as what’s been shared before.

Kept getting calls from this number over and over. When I finally picked up, the first thing I noticed was the strong accent - seemed like those Indian call centre types. The person claimed they were from some kind of call blocking service. But when they started asking if my bill was paid by direct debit, I got suspicious. Totally a SCAM, so be careful out there!

Over the last couple of days, I've had about eleven calls from these numbers but no one actually talked when I picked up. When I tried calling back, it said the line wasn’t active anymore. I've now blocked both the 032 and 048 numbers since they’re just wasting my time.

Got a call round 6.30 this evening from a guy with an Indian accent who already knew our names. He claimed to be from some telephone preference service and wanted to ask if we were getting loads of unwanted calls. My other half got pretty annoyed and told him it was because of blokes like him, then the bloke just hung up on us!

Got a call from an Asian lady who spoke really poor English. She claimed she worked for some telephone preference blocking organisation. I just said the only number I want blocked is hers and hung up straight away.

Today at 4.53pm, I got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming he was ringing on behalf of the Telephone Preference Service to ask if we were bothered by spam calls. I told him 'only from you lot' and that he wasn’t actually from the TPS. Then he switched it up, calling it Telephone Preference Management, saying our TPS subscription was ending at midnight. He also claimed their service could block every unwanted call. Since I had a moment, I questioned him on all of it, and after a while, he just gave in and hung up. At least I managed to use up some of his time!

I got a call from 01922 233032, some Asian guy saying he was from Telephone Preference or Blocking. He wanted to check my name and address, so I asked him for a callback number. He gave me 010 203 6305 457, which sounded dodgy. I just ended the call and have since blocked that number.

There’s a woman called Betsy from India on the phone right now, waiting for me to grab my credit card. She’s been on hold for about 6 minutes already. What’s weird is that a very similar number was ringing me all day yesterday too. Both times, they said they’re from some telephone preference service to help block junk calls. Got a call from someone claiming to be telephone preference MANAGERS, not the usual service. They had already tried to get my mum’s bank info before, supposedly to stop marketing calls, but ended up taking money instead. After she changed her bank details, the annoying calls just came back again.

For three days now, these annoying people have been phoning me repeatedly - sometimes as much as 10 times a day. They keep switching numbers, so I've had to block each new one as it comes through. Sadly, BT Call Protect isn't catching them automatically, which is pretty frustrating. Honestly, I wish these pests would just disappear and leave everyone in peace.

Got a call from someone with a strong south Asian accent claiming to be from TPS, saying they were updating their service. They asked me to verify my postcode and address. I figured they might try to get more personal info, so I refused to share anything on a random call. Right after that, they just ended the call. Got a call from this number, some bloke named "Simon" saying he's from a phone blocking service. He’s called me loads from different numbers like 01525510003 and 01525839582, always saying he works for every UK phone company! When I told him I’d report him, he got pretty snappy and rude. Don’t understand how BT or the others haven’t sorted this out yet.
