I got a phone call from a lady who sounded like she was from India. When I asked where she got my mobile number and the reason for calling me, she just snapped, "buzz off, you daft woman," and then cut me off. It looks like my number was passed around by some so-called “legit” firm, because over the last week I’ve been getting 3 or 4 calls like this from different numbers. Proper annoying and just unwanted hassle.

The caller uttered my name, yet I never acknowledged that it was indeed me. Instead, I pressed for their identity, but they took my inquiry as a yes and promptly cut the line when I requested their details once more. Very peculiar indeed!
