I called back the number that had rung me and got a recorded voice saying it was about home insulation. If you press 2, you get to speak to someone. I did, and an Indian gentleman answered, telling me it was for market research. When I mentioned I thought it was related to insulation, he said they were a private firm dealing with various products.
